Self-Guided Gidjuum Gulganyi Walk – Transfer Service
Embark on the Gidjuum Gulganyi Walk stress-free with our reliable return transfer service. The return journey will pick up from either Minyon Falls or Minyon Grass (you decide) and take you South to either, Mullumbimby, Byron Bay, Lennox Head, Ballina or Lismore.
Leaving vehicles in the National Park for 4 days isn’t recommended due to limited parking and unassured safety. Vision Walks, with 17 years of award-winning experience, has partnered with Byron Bus Company to provide daily transfers from Lismore, Ballina, Lennox Head, Byron Bay and Mullumbimby. Transfers from Uki and Murwillumbah are available upon request.
Travel comfortably in air-conditioned vehicles, including a 12-seater Toyota Commuter and 7-seater Nissan Serena hybrid. Bookings are essential to ensure a smooth journey into

Parking
Leaving vehicles in the National Park for 4 days isn’t recommended due to limited parking and unassured safety of your vehicle.
Mullumbimby
Mullumbimby is the best place to start and finish the walk as its the closest point to the start and the finish of the walk. You have a few options:
- Mullumbimby Bus Stop River Terrace - there is unrestricted free parking next to the bus stop, it is street parking and not secured.
- Mullumbimby Showgrounds - offer an option for you to park there for $10 per night, you can also camp there for $35 per night, call Andrew 0474100189 to make a booking.
Salt - Kingscliff (20 minutes from Gold Coast Airport)
- Mantra and Peppers at Salt have offer our customers a nice little deal, 2 nights accommodation (one at the start one at the end of your walk), includes welcome drink on arrival, breakfast, $50 food & beverage voucher, $100 spa voucher, free parking while you're on the walk. Subject to availability and not including some peak dates around school holidays, public holidays, and festivals.
Byron Bay
Byron Bay is not the best place to leave your car for 3 nights, if you have a car, it would be better to drive to Mullumbimby and park there.
- The best option is Bayshore Drive, near the Solar Train Station.
