Gidjuum Gulganyi Shuttle Bus Service (NORTHERN RETURN JOURNEY) to: Mullumbimby - Brunswick Heads - Kingscliff & Gold Coast

Embark on the Gidjuum Gulganyi Walk stress-free with our reliable return shuttle bus service,
that will drop you off at the trail head near Unicorn Falls and pick
you up 4 days later at Minyon Falls. Vision Walks, with 17 years of
award-winning experience, has partnered with Byron Bus Company to
provide daily transfers from: the South; Byron Bay, Lennox Head,
Ballina, Lismore, & Mullumbimby. From the North: Gold Coast Airport,
Salt (Kingscliff) and Mullumbimby. Transfers from Uki and Murwillumbah
are available upon request. Travel comfortably in air-conditioned
vehicles, including a 12-seater Toyota Commuter, Renault Master or
7-seater Toyta Kluger yhrid.  Bookings are essential to ensure a smooth
journey into nature. Let us handle the logistics, so you can focus on
the adventure.

For
your return journey, you can choose your pickup from Minyon Falls or
Minyon Grass. Minyon Falls will take you to the official trail finish.
But we think the Minyon Loop is a spectacular finish to your epic walk.
It is an extra 6km and finishes at Minyon Grass. You can contact us on
the day, if you change your mind. We have two daily departures
from Minyon: 11:30am or 3:00pm.

Please note because the walk starts and finishes at different place you will need to book each journey, use the Promo Code "GGW" to get a 10% discount
for booking both journeys. Once you book your journey in, an option for
your return journey will appear. We are working on making the booking
system more streamlined, please bear with us. Alternatively you can

Parking

Leaving
vehicles in the National Park for 4 days isn’t recommended due to
limited parking and unassured safety of your vehicle. To that end we
will not be able to pick you up from the end and return you to the start
of the trail, to pick up your car. Some better options include:

Mullumbimby

Mullumbimby
is the best place to start and finish the walk as its the closest point
to the start and the finish of the walk. You have a few options:

• Mullumbimby Bus Stop River Terrace - there is unrestricted, free parking next to the bus stop, it is street parking and not secured.
• Mullumbimby Showgrounds - offer an option for you to park there for $10 per night, you can also camp there for $35 per night, call Andrew 0474100189 to make a booking. We can pick you up from the showgrounds. Just let us know when you book.
• Mullumbimby Rugby League Club
  - have an option for you to park there for the duration of your walk
  for $35. They also offer unpowered camping sites for $32 per night. To
  book call 0405198866. We can pick you up from the showgrounds. Just let us know when you book.

Salt - Kingscliff (20 minutes from Gold Coast Airport)

• Mantra
  and Peppers at Salt have offer our customers a nice little deal, 2
  nights accommodation (one at the start one at the end of your walk),
  includes welcome drink on arrival, breakfast, $50 food & beverage
  voucher, $100 spa voucher, free parking while you're on the walk.
  Subject to availability and not including some peak dates around school
  holidays, public holidays, and festivals.

Byron Bay

Byron
Bay is not the best place to leave your car for 3 nights, if you have a
car, it would be better to drive to Mullumbimby and park there.

• If you need to park in Byron the best option is Bayshore Drive, near the Solar Train Station.

Extras

We have some extras that you may want to add to your booking:

• Gas
  - in case you're coming direct form the airport we have Gasmate 230g
  Power Fuel Iso-Butane Cartridges, you can purchase for $15 each. Add a
  note to you booking if you also need matches or a lighter
• Bag
  Storage - in case you're flying in and have some extra luggage you
  don't want to take on the hike, we have a bag storage service, for $10
  per bag.
• Hiking Poles - we can hire you hiking poles for your hike, $10 per pole.
• Personal Locator Beacon - we have some personal locator beacons for you to hire for $30.
• Garmin - we have some Garmin InRearch Mini 2, for hire for $50, which includes global Iridium network data.
